Just Slightly Off

I have tons to say, but am unable to put it into words today.

Isn't that interesting?

It's as though I am just slightly off.

I've been listening to a song on repeat for a couple hours, hoping for some inspiration.

None has arrived. And so, this week, it seems, I leave you without any That Girl Tyson.

The song has put me in the oddest of moods. Part melancholy and part happiness.

Heart-breakingly beautiful.

Lovely song.
My guitar hero has always been Peter Green.
Fleetwood Mac were off my radar until Rumours was released.
Been down around Stanley Park recently?

I've always loved Fleetwood Mac. And, of course, Rumours is one of the top ten best albums probably ever made.

I was actually thinking about you this morning on my way to work. Sort of like a, where is he, sort of thing.

How are you? ;)

Hmmm.
Did you just repeat yourself?

:D

I'm alright. I've been coasting along in an contented state recently.
The entire episode is down to my kid, she's about to reach five.
Its the most rewarding thing.
I know she's going to break my heart one day.
At the moment she's perfect.
I'm hanging everything on that at the moment.
Probably a dumb thing to do.

Yep.
My friends call me 2 times.

Contentment is good. We all strive for it.

And five! She's growing up fast, huh? You know she will always need and love you though. Just do right by her and she will do right by you.

No heartbreak necessary. xxx

I'm constantly repeating myself.
I'm like a recurring episode of Sienfeld.
Don't Panic.
Still on course.

I edited the first three chapters as per your instructions.
Blow me down.
A great improvement.
I never believed a thing you wrote until now.
Who wudda thunk it?
I'm a diciple.

You never believed a thing I wrote?

That's not very nice. ha.

I think a lot of people disregard what I say because they think I am just a flirt.

In truth, I was writing long before I was flirting.

And despite what people think, I actually can write. :-D

Consider me a convert to your writing at last.
The book really does look a lot better.
Tought you were just messing about for the crack on Authonomy. I could never work out how you had the time.
I'm surprised how I got sucked in.
Now I've freed my boot from the bog, trust me. I refuse to be dragged back down.
I look at it occasionally, nothing seems to be happening.
I don't even despise anyone there anymore.

I use it to waste time during the day, usually. At night, I do my writing and editing.

Authonomy is fine if you don't expect anything from it.
I made the desk. It was fine. I got a review. Whatever.

I reposted my pirate book recently for a distraction. I'm at number 18. :D ;)

Billie Blackwater.
I'll take a look.
Have you put anything up on Kindle or Smashwords yet?
I was encouraged by Mummy's Boy, and his sales.
Saw that he got some lousy reviews last time I checked.
Not expecting a great response to my stuff, but I've put a lot of time into it. Its beginning to shape up.
The few who get it will enjoy the yarn.
Misogynists? junkies, drunks and cynics.
Don't put em' down. They form a large part of the public.
Problem is, few of them get round to reading.
Not been a big fan of pirates since Robert Newton played Long John Silver.
Now there was a pirate.
U tube him.
Fantastic.

It's one of my older works.

Hey, I love drunks, cynics, junkies and all that.

Half of them make up my family. :D

Thaks so much for the tips, and the song.
Was good getting in touch with you again.
Have a good day.
